Christmas Dairy free Egg free Gluten free Nut Free Savoury Vegan Vegetarian

On the 8th Day of Christmas my true love gave to me… Gluten free, Egg free, Dairy free, Vegan sage and onion stuffing

This stuffing tastes like paxo and perfect to stuff your turkey or even cold on boxing day

1 1/2 onion
2 Tbs dried sage 
3 Pieces of bread
1tbs physillum husk mixed with 2 tbs water (Or 1 egg) 
50 g Dairy free spread
Salt and pepper to taste

Soften the onion in a pan DO NOT BROWN and then split 3/4 of the onion and blend into a liquid

Blitz the bread in a blender (or use your hands) to make a fine crumb. 
Mix the left over onion, sage, bread and season with salt and pepper
Add the blended onion, spread and the physillum (or egg) and mix so it’s sticky¬†

Either stuff into your joint or bake for 20 minute at 200 degrees (gas mark 6)
