Gluten, Dairy, Egg free Fried Chicken…

This recipe is no secret but you’ll be licking your fingers it’s so good

220g gluten free flour
1/2 tablespoon salt
3 tablespoons white pepper
1 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 tablespoon basil
1 tablespoon celery salt
1 tablespoon dried mustard
2 tablespoons garlic salt
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1/3 tablespoon oregano
4 tablespoons paprika
1/2 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon aromat seasoning (contains wheat starch but is codex gluten free) – This can be skipped if you are allergic to MSG but it helps give that authenic fried chicken zing
Milk substitute (or egg )

Mix all the dry ingredients together

Dip the chicken in the ingredient mix, then the egg mix and then the dry mix again

Fry in a pre-heated deep fat fryer on full temp (you can shallow fry if needed)

Then bake in a preheated oven at 175 for 20 minutes or untill fully cooked
